Job Opportunities in the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting by the Government of Pakistan. Highly qualified and experienced candidates are required for the Islamabad office in the Ministry of Information and Board Casting for the PSDP Project. The total number of posts for PSDP projects is four. All the vacancies will be filled on the basis of merit. The posts required for the PSDP project include Deputy Director (Data Science), Assistant Director (AI and Cloud Computing), and Deputy Assistant Director (Admin). Pay Scale:
The Deputy Assistant Director (Admin) pay scale shall be in accordance with PPS Six for these positions. PPS: eight for the Deputy Director (Data Science) and seven for the Assistant Director (AI and Cloud Computing).
Required Education & Expertise for Jobs in Ministry of Information & Broadcasting
Deputy Director( Data Science)
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
- 05-year experience is required for the post of Deputy Director (Data Science) in the field of information technology, system analysis and design, software development, and data science.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have five years of experience in public sector PSDP projects.
Assistant Director(AI& Cloud Computing)
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
- The candidate has to be an expert in programming languages like Java, C, and C++.
- Candidates have a certificate in data science, AI, and cloud computing.
Deputy Assistant Director(Admin)
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration/Arts/Computer System Engineering.
- The applicant possesses expertise in OS and software installation, as well as IT and system administration.
