Instructions to apply for specialized healthcare and medical education department jobs

  • Employees working with the Federal Government or Semi-Government and other autonomous bodies of the Federal Government or Provincial Government and those working with local bodies are not entitled to age concessions for their serving tenure at these organizations.
  • If a candidate claims to be equivalently qualified as required qualification, the candidate must submit an equivalence certificate of his/her foreign/local qualification issued by the Higher Education Commission (H.E.C.) or Qualification Equivalence Determination Committee (Q.E.D.C.) of the concerned department; the verdict of HEC and QEDC would be considered final in this regard. The candidate might need to produce this certificate at the time of interview, or it may be asked to be produced some other time. It’s the responsibility of the candidate to have this certificate along. If a candidate fails to submit the Equivalence Certificate issued by the Competent Authority at the time of interview or whenever asked by the Commission, his/her candidature shall be cancelled.
  • In case of work experience at a private firm or company, it is on the candidate to make sure that the firm they are claiming to have got experience with is registered with SECP or any other regulatory authority and is in accordance with the laws, rules, and regulations of the Government of Pakistan. The candidate must provide proof of registration showing that the concerned private entity had the status of a registered body during the period of experience claimed by the candidate.
  • Candidates serving other departments as well at the time of applying for these positions will ensure while applying for particular posts that they have either obtained or applied for NOC or DPC from their concerned department and will provide this at the time of interview if demanded by the interviewing authority.
  • As CGPA is not acceptable for these jobs, candidates must provide obtained marks or a percentage certificate before applying for fisheries department jobs.
  • In case of variation of number of posts by the concerned department, no fresh applications will be invited by the Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC).
